Abstract

The National Museum of Natural History of Chile: A brief review of its history and elements
of its current strategic management. The National Museum of Natural History of Chile was founded
in 1830, being the first museum of the country. This article presents relevant information regarding its collections,
building, programming and personnel, as well as the key management aspects of the last five years.
