Abstract
Triassic Pteridophylla from the north of Chile. II. Genera Dejerseya Herbst, Linguifolium (Arber) Retallack and Yabeiella Oishi. In this second contribution to the taxonomy of incertae sedis leaves from northern Chile, the following taxa are described: Dejerseya lobata (Jones & de Jersey) Herbst, Dejerseya lunensis (Johnston) Anderson & Anderson, and cf. Dejerseya sp.; Linguifolium lilleanum Arber, Yabeiella brackebuschiana Oishi and an undetermined leaf type. Specimens are from: La Ternera Formation (several localities from Cerro La Ternera), Las Breas Formation (locality Punta del Viento, area of Vicuña, east of La Serena) and El Puquén Formation (locality Bahía de los Lobos, area of Los Molles). All these units are of Upper Triassic age. Finally, the diagnostic characters of Dejerseya are slightly extendedDownloads
