Palinología de coronas del Devónico y Carbonífero Superior del Pozo YPF.SE.EC.X-1, El Caburé, provincia de Santiago del Estero, Argentina
Abstract
Palynology of Devonian and Upper Carboniferous cores from YPF.SE.EC.X-1, El Caburéwell, Santiago del Estero province, Argentina. Palynomorphs occur in Devonian and Upper Carboniferous
cores from YPF.SE.EC.X-1, El Caburé well, Santiago del Estero province, Argentina. The restricted range of
several miospores (Dibolisporites echinaceus (Eisenack) Richardson, Emphanisporites annulatus McGregor,
Grandispora spp., Dictyotriletes emsiensis (Allen) McGregor and Rhabdosporites langii (Eisenack) Richardson)
refers the Rincón Formation palynological assemblage to the late Emsian- early Eifelian. Characterized by the
presence of monosaccate pollen grains (Plicatipollenites malabarensis (Potonié & Sah) Foster and P. trigonalis
Lele) together with Late Devonian reworked miospores and phytoplancton (Emphanisporites rotatus McGregor,
Geminospora lemurata Balme, Retispora lepidophyta (Kedo) Playford, Verrucosisporites scurrus (Naumova)
McGregor & Camfield and Maranhites insulatus Burjack & Oliveira), the Sachayoj Formation palynoflora is
comparable to Upper Carboniferous palynological assemblages from Chacoparanense and Tarija basins.
